The base adopts an eight-step painting process (five primer and three surface coatings), ensuring no cracking, no deformation, scratch and stain resistance, fade resistance, rich colors, and distinct wood grain.
Base Material: Made of eco-friendly particle board, resistant to long-term deformation.
Paint: Both primer and topcoat use “Dabao,” a leading domestic brand of eco-friendly paint that meets benzene emission standards. The paint film hardness is ≥3H and complies with international E1 environmental protection standards.
Hardware Fittings: High-quality handles, locks, slides, and hinges, all treated for rust and corrosion resistance.
